Coach I want to thank you for the summer session. All the boys seemed to have gotten a lot out of it more...
and the parents are very happy. The parents and myself appreciate all you did. If you plan to run anything over the winter I know that I would be interested in it for my boys and I'm sure some of the others would be interested. Most of them are lacrosse players so they could definitely benefit from work over the winter and preparation for the spring season.

We are not a typical gym. There are no treadmills, ellipticals, or lat pull-down machines. In fact, there aren't many machines at all. We don't watch TV while we workout.
